A Nigerian man identified as Enango Gelsthorpe Sege has passed away after he was attacked by armed robbers. The man had been killed by the robbers after his wife allegedly showed off some money on social media.

www.gictz.com had come across the tragic news after a Facebook user who identified as a sibling of the deceased cried out on the platform.

The Facebook user identified as Ibomo Rafeal Seimiengha revealed that he got the tragic news on Tuesday, February, 5. Seimiengha noted that the deceased was shot dead by armed robbers.

Seimiengha further claimed that the armed robbers had attacked the man in his home after his wife flaunted bundles of cash on Facebook.

He revealed that the money was given to the deceased by his company and his wife showed it off on social media.

"I receive this shocking news yesterday. My brother was shot dead by an unknown armed robbers at his resident. This is as a result of his wife's negligence. His wife posted on her Facebook account these bundles of money he was paid by his company. RIP Enango Gelsthorpe Sege."
